THE ENQUIRY PROCESS
Start with a question.
Move with clarity.
Start with a short message. Understand the proposed scope before making any commitment.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Enquiry first.
Clear agreement next.
An enquiry is not a confirmed appointment, an immigration application, a professional engagement or an eligibility decision.
- 01
Tell us what comes next.
Your goal, your questions and any important dates. A short message is enough to begin.
- 02
Get clarity before you commit.
Understand availability, the proposed professional, consultation scope and any fee before an appointment is confirmed.
- 03
Take the next step with context.
Any consultation or further work is agreed separately. Decide how to proceed with a clear understanding of the proposed service.
Before you
send a message.
01Where should I start?+
Choose a goal in the pathway explorer or browse the immigration services. If you’re unsure, select “Explore my options” and start with a short enquiry.
02Does an enquiry book a consultation?+
We first confirm the nature of your enquiry, availability, the proposed professional and any consultation fee. An appointment is confirmed separately.
03Can the pathway explorer tell me if I qualify?+
No. It helps you find relevant topics based on your goal. Personal eligibility requires a review of your circumstances by an appropriately authorised professional.
04Can I apply directly through the Canadian government?+
Yes. A private service is optional. You can find official programmes, forms, fees and application routes through Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
05What should I include in my first message?+
Your main goal, the questions you want to discuss and any important deadline. Please don’t send passport copies, banking details or sensitive records with an initial enquiry.
06Is an immigration outcome guaranteed?+
Only Canadian authorities decide immigration applications. An enquiry or consultation cannot guarantee an invitation, a processing time, an outcome or entry to Canada.
